Other distinctions aside from the possibility of being a property dividend distribution:
1. The shares are already being listed and are being traded in another open market
2. The shares are being transferred from one open market to another
3. The shares are mandated by various laws to be listed in the open market

The basic rule is that if this is not your game, avoid trading on it. This is prone to be just a hype trades.
If you are not familiar with the company, avoid trading.
If you trade on chart, avoid trading since there is no chart at all.
